ContrastSpa Duo (cold/hot)

The ContrastSpa Duo consists of two Spas with a shared steps and allows for contrast bathing – alternating hot and cold-water immersion for accelerating athlete recovery, minimizing fatigue and lowering the risk of injury. Each Spa can accommodate up to 4 athletes enabling the whole squad of players to get through quickly. The temperature of each Spa can be individually controlled. For cold water immersion in the CryoSpa, it is typical to set the temperature between 10°C and 14°C. With the hot ThermoSpas, we have found that most people prefer to set the temperature between 33°C and 35°C. You decide how many times your athletes alternate between hot and cold. The norm is to alternate each athlete 3-4 times between the two temperatures. Massage jets can be controlled in their intensity.
