Hygea: Easy, Automated Access to PPE and More​

Hygea is an automated system that helps staff quickly and securely access the items they need—such as personal protective equipment (PPE) and other essentials. It follows rules set by your organization to ensure everyone gets the right gear at the right time.​

The main unit Dispenser 915 is designed for smooth and efficient operation. For added flexibility, an optional model Dispenser 821 is also available to fit different needs.

Model 915 - PPEs AND KEYS

Model 821 - SMART LOCKER FOR BIG PPEs AND ITEMS

The 915 rotating dispensers PPEs distribution system consists of 15 shelves and is designed to hold PPE and tools of all sizes thanks to variable-sized slots (sizes that can be changed at any time). The 915 can hold up to 900 PPEs and tools in about 1 sqm and is equipped with 15 doors with automatic opening and closing. In addition, a sensor system makes it possible to reduce picking and loading times, natively interfaced with the Safety module.

The 821 smart locker allows PPE to be distributed in drawers equipped with an electric lock. The 821 system is combined with the 915 PPE rotating machine and allows the distribution of large items. The service is accessed via a company card (or pin, fingerprint, etc). The system is modular; one or more 821 (up to 4) can be combined with the 915 DPI dispenser.

S2 - Dispenser for Keys and Small Items

S2 - KEY DELIVERY SYSTEM
(SUITABLE FOR DESK)

The desktop dispenser allows the management and distribution of Vehicle or office keys for shared use H D W and Small PPE (e.g. surgical masks) or small tools. This machine interfaces with tablets or PCs, allowing users to select and request the keys they need, based on the rights granted by the company and/or any reservations.
