ContrastSpa Duo（冷/熱）

ContrastSpa Duo 由兩個具有共用台階的Cyro spa組成，可進行對比浸浴 - 熱水和冷水浸泡，以加速運動員的恢復，最大限度地減少疲勞並降低受傷風險。每個水療中心最多可容納 4 名運動員，使全隊運動員能夠快速通過。每個水療中心的溫度可單獨控制。對於 CryoSpa 中的冷水浸泡，通常將溫度設定在 10°C 至 14°C 之間。對於熱 ThermoSpa，我們發現大多數人更喜歡將溫度設定在 33°C 至 35°C 之間。您可以決定運動員在熱和冷之間交替的次數。標準是每位運動員在兩種溫度之間交替 3-4 次。按摩噴射的強度可以控制。
