DESCRIPTION
The club has 150 staff, working on shift 24/7.
The customer contacted us with 3 main problem to solve:
1) not enough space on the uniform room to accommodate clothes for 150 people;
2) cannot assign a full time employee to issue employee to staff
3) keep control of their valuable uniform asset, preventing lost when send to laundry
We proposed to them an automatic conveyor, with a highly customized shape, to utilize 100% of the available space.
The system has an automatic door, which is activated with the employee card and synchronized with the conveyor, so each employee can only get its own clothes.
The system is controlled by our TRAK inventory software, in which the customer created all employee profile, registering and assigning all clothes.
An RFID laundry tag is installed in each cloth, to track each usage and with automatic reporting to/from the outsourced laundry.

AUTOMATIC UNIFORM ISSUE DOOR
With a large touch display and card reader, the employee can self-retrieve their uniform, without human interaction. Which means saving labor, saving time and eliminate cross-contact contamination risk
AUTOMATIC SOIL UNIFORM CABINET
Staff can self-return soiled uniform.
When clothes are returned, the cabinet recognize them and count, updating the system and preparing daily report and bill for the laundry.
