UHF RFID textile tag
An RFID microchip is attached to each garment: by using an iron-on adhesive or by sewing the tag into the garment. The tags are extremely durable and capable of withstanding at least 200 washes. The RFID tag permits total garment tracking. Each chip gives the article a unique identification. The identity of each garment is linked to the employee to whom the garment belongs. It is also possible to link garments by size or style without linking them to a particular user. Information relating to all transactions is automatically stored into the system’s database. The data is transmitted to a central server via an ethernet connection.

TRAK is the most advanced Linen & Uniforms tracking software provided by Zucchetti Centro Sistemi (ZCS).
ZCS TRAK software has recently been updated to manage and control the sterilization of textile materials and surgical instruments!
It was designed to automatically track items with RFID (or QR code or Barcode) along the production and distribution chain: inside and outside the laundry!

Meet our Model G53 - Smart Locker Automatic Dispenser of Garment with RFID Tracking and Inventory system
The RFID Smart Locker system allows distributing garments or objects placed inside drawers equipped with an electric lock. The system uses UHF or HF RFID technology and comes with an 8-inch monitor. The service is accessed by means of company badges. The Smart Locker is modular and consists of at least one master module (24 slots) and up to 4 slave modules (26 slots each).
